BeyondTV Link 'thin' client - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

I'm looking to extend our BTV server to a second room. I'm thinking of a lightweight PC with BTV-Link on it. The usual parameters: noise, power consumption, size, performance are in the mix.

What kind of hardware would you get? NCIX has this barebone AM2+ Shuttle on sale, for instance:

This board already has HDMI (NVIDIA GeForce 8200 - half decent). I'll have to add a low cost (and low heat) cpu... 4850E?

Any suggestions or alternatives?
