What movies on TMN etc - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

I'm thinking of subscribing to the 2 channel movie package TMN and Mpix (I think thats what it includes)
How do I take a look at what movies are currently on those 2 channels to see if they offer enough for me to consider it.
If I tune to them the station says I don't have access and to call and subscribe.
I just want to see if they're running "junk" movies or movies I will actually watch.
