Default Extra terminal fees question ?

Hi all,

I just hooked up a third terminal in my home and the extra monthly cost is 2.99 $ ? is this for real ?. they should be paying us to stay with them and get more terminals.

What exactly is the monthly fee price for extra terminals albeit standard or HD? as it seems to be arbitrary from the Cust. Service guy.
I now have to pay 2 x 2.99$. Absurd.

Who can I speak to over at videotron, before they get me to go to the competition.
