If you have Media Center why would you need a remote for Windows Media Player?
I'm not sure what you are looking for here...
If you get the original Microsoft Media Center Kit it will come with a remote, two IR Blasters, and a Hauppage Card. This remote has a power button for the TV so it almost eliminates the need for a Harmony.
That being said, there is a Harmony remote specific to Media Center - can't remember the model number however...
You can buy a Microsoft MCE remote - why not buy that. You can gernerally get them for $50 or less. You can also buy cheapo remotes on eBay that may or may not work. If you are running Vista then you may want to use Media Center as your front end for playing music as it is more remote friendly and has a 10 foot interface rather than a 2 foot interface.
