Probably this
http://www.pcauthority.com.au/News/125825,tvixhd-pvr-plays-ripped-bluray.aspx
Highlights for the TViX HD M-6500 include:
- HDMI 1.3, Component, S-Video, Composite Video
- MKV, WMV, AVI, MPG, VOB, ISO, IFO, MP4
- MPEG1/2/4, AVI, XVID, WMV9, H.264
- 1080p
- DTS pass through
- USB port for plugging in media directly
- Optional digital TV tuner
Plays everything from ripped DVDs to DivX/Xvid footage, to MKV re-encodes of HD/BD movies to direct rips of BD.
Everything DRM-less, of course. Next step, they might bundle AnyDVD with the player.
Lossless audio could be an issue (not clear about HDMI 1.3)...

It ain't cheap. Same (or close) as a full blown HTPC today.
But if you already have an HTPC and storage server, got a TV for the bedroom and an extender doesn't cut it (lots of HD on the server), this might be just what you need: quiet, remote-controlled, simple GUI, picks up from anywhere, plays everything...

But it can't record HDTV from cable or satellite and that is a big problem - it makes the PVR functionality almost useless. Run SageTV on your HTPC with an HD-PVR and then use Sage extenders which costs US$200 (ouch - now C$260) and can play pretty much everything this can play.
