Mine has not been working since Friday. I called Bell and found out it is a system wide problem...I presume that means Toronto. I am in the east end. No ETA on the fix.

I ordered a movie Friday evening (The Descendants) and the picture was breaking up and going black - sound was also choppy. I pulled the plug on the DVR and then plugged it back in and it everything was back to normal.
I'm in the upper beaches... not a system wide problem. |
