Default Movie Central May Highlights

Movie highlights include The Social Network, How To Train Your Dragon and The Kids Are Alright. Also premiering in May are new episodes of audience favourites Nurse Jackie and United States of Tara.

CANADIAN DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE
Available in High Definition and On Demand following the premiere.

FEIST: LOOK AT WHAT THE LIGHT DID NOW
A backstage pass into Feist’s creative process, this documentary tells the story of how the Canadian musician’s Grammy-nominated album “The Reminder” was made, featuring special concert performances and uncommonly candid interviews. Highlighting the synergy of collaboration, audiences become acquainted with some of the creative people she calls her ‘amplifiers,’ including the pianist who guided the recording of her album, the video director who coaxed her to jump out of a window and other musical and visual collaborators. The story takes place against a series of exciting backdrops; the crumbling mansion-turned-recording studio in France where the album came to life, the stages where she performed with shadowy puppetry shows, echoing stadiums, the red carpet and other destinations around the world. A poetic look at the intersection of art and music, Feist: Look At What The Light Did Now documents the power of collaboration and trust, highlighting the people whose talents contributed to the career of a burgeoning Canadian icon.

Movie Central: Wednesday, May 4 at 8 p.m. PT

SEASON FINALE
New episodes are available in High Definition and On Demand following their premieres.

SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL – SEASON FINAL
The series comes to a climatic end when Ben asks Belle to give up her job to save their relationship. Belle is thrown into turmoil and her life is further complicated by the presence of the dangerous Harry and a client who looks … familiar. It’s decision time: her relationship or her job?

Movie Central: Thursday, May 26 at 10 p.m. PT
